Jay was an organizational and change management consultant in corporate America with Fortune 500 companies for 12 years. In 2004, God began to move the Bransfords in a new direction - namely to help strengthen and unify Christian teams in the 10-40 Window. Andrea has more than 14 years of full-time Christian service and intercultural experience. After 2 years of strategic training for overseas service, they have settled in Chiang Mai to work with The Well.

Jay and Andrea have one son. They are originally from Minnesota, Louisiana and Colorado (USA) respectively, but most recently they moved to Asia from Nashville, Tennessee. They work with The Well, Youth With A Mission Chiang Mai and Rainbow Covenant Foundation.
