Prayer stations are 5-10 minute prayer activities that can be set up and used anywhere – at home, at work, at a conference etc.  They are typically interactive, inviting the pray-er to read/listen/reflect and then respond to God’s voice. They involve more than just our mind, engaging our body and our emotions as well. These allow God to break us through our guarded exterior and speak to us in our depth of being.

Each page in this section has a description of how to interact with the prayer station, and a copy of that description in pdf format for download. There is also a list of materials required to set up the station, as well as instructions and suggestions for how to set it up.
